How We Can Help

Planning for the Aging & End of Life process is essential. But let’s be honest: it can also be overwhelming. That’s why so many people spend years avoiding it, or end up using boilerplate documents that don’t capture their unique lives, hopes, and needs.

Viive is here to take the stress out of your hands. Unlike traditional estate professionals who just focus on one piece of the puzzle at a time, we look at the whole picture of your life to build a plan that’s perfect for you and your family.

Phase 3 Roundtable Meeting

What Happens

You’ve established your Plan and your vision for the future—but this isn’t just about you. Your loved ones, family, business partners, and potential caretakers may also need to know what to expect from your Aging & End of Life process. Your Legacy Coordinator will coordinate a meeting where you can give the people closest to you a rundown of your Plan. They’ll help create an environment where everyone feels safe to speak their mind, ask questions, and connect authentically with one another.

Some of the topics that will likely be addressed include:

  • Who your desired Attorney for Property, Attorney for Personal Care, and Executor will be
  • How your assets & liabilities will be divided
  • The plans laid out in your Last Will & Testament
  • Plans for gifting prior to death
  • Where you’ll live as you age
  • What your wishes are regarding End of Life health care
  • … and more

What You Get

  • Access to a safe, professionally facilitated environment, where you and your loved ones will feel heard, understood, and validated
  • Written notes of the meeting discussion
  • A video or audio recording of the meeting, stored with your customized Plan for future reference

Phase 4 Periodic Review

What Happens

Life keeps going after your Plan is made, and it’s always possible for your situation to change. Based on the details of your situation, we’ll decide together how often we should revisit your Plan and make adjustments as needed, to ensure that everything is still valid and effective. This can take place annually, biannually, or every three years.

What You Get

  • Periodic check-ins where you can share new concerns, ask questions, and make changes as needed
  • Regular nudges to keep your Plan up to date, so that you don’t need to worry about it yourself
  • Assurance that your loved ones will be able to execute your Plan the way you intended it

Executor Advisor Series

What Happens

These packages exist to help appointed executors and/or family members manage the affairs and estate of a deceased loved one. No matter what the situation, we’re here to help—including cases where the deceased person died without a Last Will & Testament.

What You Get

  • A list of next steps and action items that we will tackle together
  • A regular connection with a Certified Executor Advisor (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) where we’ll check in on progress, ask questions, and share any concerns that have come up
  • Extra time and space to focus on the grieving process instead of worrying about money and logistics

Keeping Your Documents Secure

At Viive, we understand how important it is to know that your legal and financial documents are secure. We’ve partnered with SideDrawer, a highly secure cloud storage platform, to keep your information safe and fully under your control.
